The Maze - CP Life or Death - Challenge #2

Hey! Today I'm going to tell you CHALLENGE #2.

There was once a penguin reading a paper, Who couldn't figure out what the paper meant. This is what the penguin was saying "WHAT DOES THE PAPER SAY?!" So he went around Club Penguin Island asking other penguins. There was only one penguin who knew. That penguin was Quoby. Did Quoby tell the penguin? No. Here is what the paper said "I \- on Ic/ P\0/ (0V3! Come meet me there f\\ y_-r p-_/\" ...Can you figure it out? If you can, Do what it says! ( All the things likee \-_/ and stuff, Are scratch marks on the paper.)
